Your Church Can Help Bring God’s Word to Life
Take your first step into Bible translation with a matched giving opportunity designed for churches.
What Is the Bread of Life Church Challenge?
The Bread of Life Church Challenge invites your church into Bible translation project giving, where your first gift is immediately multiplied for greater impact.
When your church gives to a Bible translation project for the first time, your gift — from $3,500 up to $50,000 — can be matched, dollar for dollar.
That means your church’s generosity goes twice as far, helping bring Scripture to people still waiting to experience it in their own language.
This is more than a financial opportunity: It’s an invitation for your church to become part of God’s global work in a tangible way.
Why Bible Translation Matters
Imagine receiving the most important message in the world but not fully understanding it.
For many people, Scripture may be available in some form but not yet in a way that feels clear, personal or meaningful in their language and context. Bible translation helps bridge that gap so people can truly engage with God’s Word.
Today more people than ever are experiencing Scripture! And as Bible translation continues, communities have the opportunity to encounter God personally in ways that are clear and meaningful.
When people read, hear or see Scripture, they begin to understand who God is and respond to His love for them.
